JOHN TUCK, Broker View John's Listings
I am a life long resident of East Tennessee and Loudon Co. However, stories of other areas told by many customers over the years and the opportunity to travel have led me to further appreciate the Beauty and Quality of Life Loudon County offers. My Real Estate career began in 1985 just out of Vanderbilt University working for the firm of Regas and Sherbakoff. A few months later an announcement was made about a planned community to be built on Tellico Lake. I interviewed and was one of twenty agents hired to sell Tellico Village. I enjoyed five successful years selling in Tellico Village. I became the President of Tellico Realty & Auction Co. Inc in 1991 giving me the flexibility to better serve my customer's needs whether it be Residential, Farms, Commercial or other Lakefront and Golf Course Communities. I have experience in both residential and commercial development and can assist customers from rezoning to development and finally marketing of their property. I am a Graduate of the Realtor Institute as well as a Commercial Rated Pilot and avid boater. I am civic minded including positions as (Past) President of both The Vanderbilt Alumni Club and the Knoxville Rotary Breakfast Club. I have served on committees with the local Knoxville Board of Realtors, the Loudon County Committee of 100, Loudon Co. Visitors Center and many more. I look forward to working with you! |

SUSAN STURM, REALTOR®
I was born and raised in a small town in WV. I graduated from Fairmont State University in 1977 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and a minor in Psychology and Law Enforcement. I worked for the WV Dept. of Corrections as a Probation and Parole Officer and supervised all adults on probation and parole in Marion Co, WV, from 1978 to 1979. In 1979,
I went to work for the United States Postal Service and retired in 2009 after 30 years of service. Most of my career was spent working directly with the public and was honored to become a Postmaster for the last 5 years of service.
It has been a dream of mine for many years to sell real estate. I got my real estate license in WV in 2008. I love working with the public and I love everything about a house. When I retired from the USPS, my husband and I moved to Lenoir City, TN. We fell in love with Tn and have lived here for over 2 years now. I have one daughter that lives in Springhill, TN, with her husband.
I am excited to work with an amazing staff of Professionals here at Tellico Realty. I learned a long time ago that people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care. Owning a home is a privilege and can bring a great deal of satisfaction to your life. I am a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity to help others achieve their dreams of becoming a home owner. I can guide you through the process, one step at a time, in following your dreams of becoming a homeowner.
